Turn a NotebookLM Video Overview into slides

Preserve the existing video’s visuals and sequence in a presentation.

NotebookLM can now generate a separate Slide Deck and export it directly. Use that when you want a new deck from the sources. Use this converter when the exact visuals and sequence of an existing Video Overview matter: download the video, remove the NotebookLM player chrome, detect its visual changes, and export the recovered frames to PowerPoint or PDF.

Getting the Video Overview out as a file

Open the Video Overview and use NotebookLM’s Download action. If that action is unavailable on your account or surface, screen-record content you are allowed to use. The local video is the input for exact visual recovery.

From narrated video to reviewable slides

The visual-change detector keeps representative frames from the Overview. Review them, remove transitions or duplicates, then export the remaining images as PowerPoint, PDF, or a ZIP. The PowerPoint supports reordering and annotation, but it does not rebuild text inside an image as native text boxes.

Should I use NotebookLM’s native Slide Deck instead?
Use the native export for a newly generated, source-grounded deck. Use Video2Any when you need the exact frames and sequence of an existing Video Overview.
Can I edit the slides afterward?
You can reorder, annotate, and combine the recovered slide images in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides. Text inside each image is not rebuilt into separate native objects.
