Refund Policy

Every purchase on Video2Any — an unlock, the one-year pass or Lifetime — can be refunded in full within 14 days of buying it. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

Write to support@video2any.com from the email you paid with, or send a message through the contact page. If your order was processed by Paddle, you can also use the link in your Paddle receipt or contact Paddle directly through paddle.net.

What happens next

We answer within two business days. The money goes back to the payment method you used, and banks usually show it within 5–10 business days. The refunded purchase is removed from your account; anything you already exported stays yours. A refunded one-year pass ends at once, and the rest of its 365 days go with it. A refunded purchase no longer counts toward Lifetime.

After 14 days

We still refund when the law where you live requires it, or when Video2Any could not do what it said it would do with your recording. Write to us and describe what happened.

Who sells to you

Orders processed by Paddle are sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, and Paddle's buyer terms also apply to them. Everything else about using the service is in the terms of service.
