Terms of Service
Using Video2Any means agreeing to these terms. They are short and written to be read: your content stays yours, convert only what you have the right to convert, and paid plans renew until you cancel.
1. The service
Video2Any converts videos into slide decks and image frames, processing them inside your browser. Some features need a free account (screen recording, platform links); paid plans add capacity and tooling as described on the pricing page. Usage limits (video length per plan, monthly platform minutes, the daily fair-use cap) are announced in the product before processing and enforced server-side. We may adjust free-tier limits over time; what a paid plan included when you bought it stays in place for the period you paid for.
2. Your account
Keep the email on your account reachable and your credentials to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person; team seats arrive with the Studio plan.
3. Your content
You must hold the rights to whatever you convert: your own recordings, licensed material, or content whose owner permits it. By submitting a YouTube link you confirm you have the right to convert that content, and converting it must also respect that platform's own terms. Everything you convert and everything you export (decks, frames, subtitles) remains yours; we claim no rights to it, and the video is never stored on our servers — it only passes through in transit — as the privacy policy explains.
4. Acceptable use and copyright
Do not use Video2Any to infringe copyright or break the law. Do not circumvent or probe the metering, signed links, or rate limits, and do not resell access to the platform-link resolver. We may throttle, suspend, or close accounts that do, with notice where practical.
If you believe content converted through Video2Any infringes your copyright, email support@video2any.com with the link and proof that you hold the rights. We act on valid notices promptly — removing the material and any record of it where appropriate — and we close the accounts of repeat infringers.
5. Plans and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed through Creem, our merchant of record, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the period you paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refunded pro rata. Price changes apply from your next renewal, announced by email beforehand.
6. Service quality
The service is provided as is. Conversion runs on your hardware and your browser's codecs, so speed and format support vary by machine. Platform link resolution depends on third parties we do not control. We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account through the contact page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top moves, and material changes are announced in the product or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting the updated terms.
